Nadira is a senior corporate and real estate law clerk providing valuable support in a wide range of corporate law matters. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchases, roll-overs, financing matters, incorporations, continuances, amalgamations, amendments, revivals, dissolutions, extra-provincial registrations, business name and partnership registrations, due diligence reviews and corporate records maintenance. She also provides support with real estate matters including preparing requisition letters, document preparation, assisting in closing transactions and preparing closing reports.

Nadira holds a Law Clerk diploma from Humber College.
